Kuoni has appointed a new head of its group-level human resources organisation. Alexander Brochier will assume his duties as Senior Vice-President Group Human Resources on April 1. He also becomes a member of the Kuoni Group Management Board in his new capacity.
In Alexander Brochier, Kuoni has appointed a proven human resources specialist as its new Head of Group HR. After originally studying construction engineering, Brochier, who is 40 years old and is a dual German and Austrian national, has acquired extensive experience in the personnel management field, with particular specialisations in international transformation management and recruitment.
For the past ten years, Alexander Brochier has headed the human resources management unit at the Information Management Group (IMG), which is headquartered in St. Gallen, Switzerland, most recently as Senior Vice-President Group Human Resources. Prior to this he held various international consultant and project manager positions at Südrohrbau in Germany and in Saudi Arabia. Brochier has also earned an MBA from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG) in Paris, New York and Tokyo and a Master’s in Consulting & Coaching for Change at the HEC and INSEAD in Paris. He will assume his new Kuoni duties on April 1, 2007.
